Harlem Hip-Hop Tours is bringing the fun and excitement of hip-hop culture to a classroom near you!  Our Hip-Hop To Go Classes are designed to teach school and youth groups about some of the most integral aspects of hip-hop culture:  Dance, Entrepreneurship and Art.  Each Hip-Hop To Go Class is conducted on-site at your school and can accommodate 30 students per class (an additional 15 students can be added to each class at a rate of $10/person).  The information below outlines the details for each class.  Reservations for the Hip-Hop To Go Classes can be made by sending an email to reserve@h3tours.com or calling (212) 769-9047 or 800-655-2091.

Hip-Hop Dance Lessons - $420/class

One of the four elements of hip-hop is breakdancing (also known as "b-boying") .Students and youth groups are guaranteed to have a fun time learning the latest hip-hop dance steps from our highly qualified dance instructors. All classes are structured to suit a wide range of skill levels: from beginners to advanced.  In addition, our Hip-Hop Dance Lessons are a great way for students to enhance their hand-eye coordination skills, while also encouraging a love for exercise.  Dance classes last 1 hour and can be held in the school gym, auditorium, or other appropriate facility.

Entrepreneurship Workshop - $545/class

This workshop introduces young people to the backbone of hip-hop:  entrepreneurship.  From music to dance, to fashion and film, hip-hop entrepreneurs have taken what was considered a short-term fad and turned it into a worldwide phenomenon.  Students and youth groups will learn the basic concepts behind entrepreneurship and will walk away with business plans for starting their very own business!  The Entrepreneurship Workshop is taught by MBA graduates who know first-hand what it takes to launch a successful business. Workshops last 1 hour and include all required materials.

Hip-Hop Art Classes - $705/class

These classes are designed to teach students and youth groups about graffiti as an art form.  Using pens and markers, students are free to develop fantastic creations while at the same time learning the fundamentals of two-dimensional design. The Hip-Hop Art Classes are an innovative method of instilling a respect and passion for art into students’ curriculum. Classes are led by professional graffiti artists skilled in working with children. Sessions last 1 hour and include all required materials.
